Our client is looking for a talented Preconstruction Manager with a minimum of 5 years of CONCRETE construction experience to work out of our Alpharetta, GA office.
The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and approach to meeting and exceeding our customer needs and expectations. Primarily responsible for the day-to-day leadership functions of the preconstruction process on behalf of the organization, client, and vendor partners. Oversees activities related to preconstruction, conceptual estimates, bid estimates and other deliverables.
