This is a full-time hybrid Sales Specialist role at a client located in Greater Philadelphia.

The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management.

While the role is primarily located in Greater Philadelphia, there is flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Experience in training and sales management
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to adapt to changing environments
• Experience in the crushing or mining, quarry, and recycling industry is a must.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field is preferred but not required.
• The perfect candidate is a maintenance manager with experience in quarry operations, concrete and asphalt recycling, or mining, seeking an exciting career transition.

Salary: $47,273.77 - $56,931.85 per year
