The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for preventable maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to all production equipment and assisting with facility maintenance, which includes pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and PLCs while maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Plan and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure efficient operation of bakery equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair packaging, conveyors, ovens, boilers, refrigeration, and related bakery machinery.
• Perform repairs to hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, PLC, bakery machinery and equipment.
• Ability to set up all general machines and supporting equipment as assigned. Equipment includes but is not limited to, wrapping machines, natural gas-fired furnaces, gas fryers, dough mixers, batching and scaling systems, boilers, freezers, and Conveyor systems, etc.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment, and ensure availability of necessary supplies for maintenance activities.
• Perform routine set-up and maintenance work as required.
• Work safely and maintain a sanitary work environment.
• Ensure all equipment is operational and OSHA-compliant
• Perform facility maintenance including inside and outside areas.
• Troubleshooting activities related to equipment failures, reliability, throughput, quality problems, or environmental exceedances.
• Other maintenance and job requirements as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or related field preferred.

Salary: $63,511.55 - $90,000.00 per year
