Service Technician/Mechanic Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair various makes of lift trucks.
• Travel to customer facilities to service material handling equipment during work hours and are home every night.
• Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
• Maintain a service van and its inventory.
• Maintain work order process on tablet.

Service Technician/Mechanic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics are a plus.
• Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
• Previous lift truck repair, auto repair, welding experience, or knowledge of various types of testing equipment is a plus.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
