Job Description:

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

· Hold daily toolbox meetings with the technicians

· Schedule shifts as needed

· Attend weekly safety meetings and monitor employee safety requirements to ensure timely completion of required safety tasks

· Attend daily and weekly customer meetings

· Order parts as needed

· Oversee parts inventory for accuracy

· Create purchase orders

· Review and close work orders

· Track invoices and review with the customer

· Complete all daily, weekly, and monthly reports

· Oversee housekeeping and site organization

· Other related duties and projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy

· Excellent organizational and time management skills

· Strong multitasking skills

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Advanced computer skills and strong Excel ability

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

Schedule:

· 8-hour shift

· On call

Experience:

· Office: 3 years (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $22.12 - $26.64 per hour

Experience:

• Heavy equipment maintenance and repair: 3 years (Required)
• Service Truck & Trailers: 3 years (Required)
