Job Description:

• The client is currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Safety Field Technicians.
• As a Safety Field Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our valued customers.
• This engaging position requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and exceptional customer service abilities.
• As a Field Technician, you will work closely with our customers to perform on-site service and calibration of gas detection systems.
• Your responsibilities will include understanding and troubleshooting fixed systems, conducting system maintenance, and providing technical support.
• You will also have the opportunity to assist in the installation and calibration of new systems under the guidance of our experienced technicians.
• We are looking for individuals who are eager to develop their technical knowledge and skills.
• You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred additional education in electrical or electronic studies.
• Experience in the field is a plus but not required, as we provide comprehensive training to all our technicians.

Requirements:

• To succeed as a Safety Field Technician, you should meet the following requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred additional education in electrical or electronic studies
• Strong technical background
• Experience working with Gas Monitor/ Gas Detectors/ Photo Ionization Detectors (PID)/ Sound Level Meter/ Noise Dosimeters/ Octave Band Analyzers/ Aerosol/Dust Analyzers/Indoor Air Quality Monitors/ Anemometers/ Personal Sampling Pumps/ Moisture Meters
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to work flexible hours and be on-call for emergencies
• Ability to lift equipment and work in various environments
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and grow, and a strong commitment to safety

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $24.66 - $29.70 per hour

Experience:

• Safety Field Technician: 2 years (Required)
• Gas Monitor Products: 1 year (Required)
• Gas Detectors: 1 year (Required)
• Photo Ionization Detectors (PIDs): 1 year (Preferred)
• Gas Monitor Calibration, Service and Repair: 1 year (Preferred)
• Education in electrical or electronic studies: 1 year (Required)

Ability to Relocate:
