What does the Quality Technician do?

• Inspects in-process production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating required adjustments to operations
• Documents inspections results by completing reports and logs and inputs data into database
• Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calibration requirements

Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)

• High School education
• 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing)
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Strong multi-tasking and attention to detail
• Simple math skills. Able to pass aptitude test
• Able to effectively communicate with team and Supervisor
• Physically capable of standing for long periods of time and able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to work flexible schedule of days, nights, and weekends
• Has desire to help others and looks for opportunities to help others
• Positive attitude and works well in a team environment
• Excellent attendance record
• Self-motivated, detailed-oriented

Salary: $21.21 - $25.55 per hour
