Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Design-Build Superintendent at Client. As a Design-Build Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, monitoring progress, and maintaining quality control.

Qualifications

• Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and building codes
• Experience with site-work and property development projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in construction management software
• Relevant certifications (e.g. OSHA, Blue Card, etc.) are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
