PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, direct, and oversee building operations and services, as well as install, upgrade, and maintain equipment as needed.

DUTIES

• Maintain and oversee routine maintenance of all machinery and equipment. Keep Management informed of any need for repairs and upgrades to equipment and facilities.
• Maintain an inventory of critical spare parts.
• Monitor and control monthly maintenance expenditures.
• Supervise all new installations, renovations, additions, and upgrades.
• Assist in the acquisition and disposition of equipment and other assets.
• Evaluate and adjust energy expenditures. Strive to reduce utility bills.
• Oversee storage and use of hazardous chemicals in the plant.
• Oversee grounds keeping, housekeeping, and janitorial staff.
• Ensure that all occupancy and safety permits and inspections are current.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $53,161.21 - $70,000.00 per year
