Project Manager Job Description:

• As a Project Manager, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing multiple projects with contract values ranging from $10,000 to $1 million, totaling approximately four million per year. Your key duties will include project coordination, scheduling, and purchasing. This will involve ordering materials, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring timely delivery to meet project milestones.
• You will also play a pivotal role in managing project documentation, including preparing and reviewing RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing site-specific safety plans, pricing and tracking change orders, and managing project budgets to ensure profitability.
• The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of industry-specific experience and demonstrate proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents. Proficiency in Procore as a Project Management tool is strongly preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Attention to detail, strong commitment to quality, and excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
• This position requires the ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and follow through on all assignments. Strong organizational and time management skills are also crucial, along with the ability to see projects through to completion and commit to meeting deadlines.
• Candidates must be willing to work at various job site locations in the Willamette Valley and our office in Salem. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required, and candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check as per project requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
