Job Responsibilities:

This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Lathe Set-Up Engineer in Elyria, OH. The CNC Lathe Set-Up Engineer will be responsible for programming, machining, and teaching. The role involves setting up and operating CNC lathes, training operators, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring quality control.

• MUST be a team player with a focus on collaboration to get the job done.
• Experience in teaching or training
• Ability to set up and operate CNC lathes
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of quality control processes
• Knowledge of tooling and processing for a variety of components features such as threads, recesses, knurls, splines, gears, etc.
• Attention to detail and workmanship standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with programming with or without CAD/CAM software is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
