Tektree is Hiring a CAD Designer Near Charlotte, NC

CAD Designer position in our Charlotte, NC office designing waste and recycling site plans for projects.

Duties:
Create and produce detailed designs, maps and diagram drawings using computer aided drafting systems AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Evaluate, analyze, interpret, select and apply standard techniques, procedures and criteria for waste and recycling projects.
Participate in adapting tools and techniques to support efficient project execution.
Work independently and collaboratively on planning, designing and/or research on waste and recycling projects.
Collaborate with other divisions and departments in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • Associates degree in CADD, or a technical degree from a technical college
  • A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or environmental sciences a plus
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in drafting and design of waste and recycling plans and documents
  • Prior relevant work experience and knowledge expected
  • Seeking a positive and friendly personality
