This position is for the Dry Dock #5 – a Federal Project.

Below is a summary of expectations.

• The BIM Manager should have 5 to 10 years managing the BIM process on large projects.
• Familiar with ACC Revit, ACAD, 3D Civil, and Navisworks
• Supervise BIM Coordinators and BIM Production team
• Responsible for managing the clash detection process with project operations staff, subcontractors, vendors and design consultants.
• Respond to the needs and interface with the Project Management Team, Field Operations, and Survey department.
• Manage the As-built documentation, providing regular “redline” as-builts to design consultants for their incorporation into the record set.

Note: must be able to obtain security clearance

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $105,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
