This position is part-time, open to flexible schedule that best fits the candidate. Will be a direct, permanent position, preference for a candidate that can work close to full time for first week of training and then go to their chosen part time schedule

Could go hybrid as well based on performance!

Descriptions:

• Purpose Driven – Has a customer service focus – internal and external.
• Critical Thinking / Problem Solving - can identify solutions and act to resolve using the information provided. Involves peers and leadership as needed
• Communication – Comfortable handling 10-20 inbound and outbound calls to customers, dealers, and DMV. Communicates well within a Team.
• Technical Acumen – High level of detail and organization.
• Results Orientated – Works well in Team. Spots trends and shares with leadership. Works with minimal supervision.

Highly preferred experience:

• Dealership administrative or finance
• Title administrative / lien perfection experience
• Call center
• DMV
• Audit
• Team oriented

This is an Onsite position

A Bachelors qualifies for $20/hr, .50/hr differential for Bilingual Spanish candidates

M-F: 8-5 PM
