TEKsystems is hiring several Switchboard Operators for a large healthcare company in Leawood, KS!

Shift: M-F 8a-4:30p

Description:

• Take incoming calls to the switchboard clinic while providing excellent customer service
• Channel calls to the appropriate staff and department
• Respond to emergency calls per established procedure
• Adhere to all HIPAA compliance regulations regarding patient confidentiality
• Provide coverage for all others within the receptionist team
• Any and all duties assigned such as schedule appointments for patients with providers per their individual protocols with courtesy and timeliness

Requirements:

• 3 years medical office experience
