• Assisting patients with inquires regarding their billing statements, verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary documents
• Communicate with healthcare providers and members
• Maintain accuracy and productivity standards.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
• Stay informed about current healthcare regulations and policies.

Qualifications :

• 1 year of patient care of any kind in the medical field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
