Medical Phone Agent / Customer Service Representative Glendale, CA
Location : Glendale, CA (100% Onsite)
Pay : $21 / hr
Work Environment :
- Call center setting
- Team size : 8-10
- Daily call volume : 60-80 calls
- Fast-paced environment
Description : As a Medical Phone Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting with inbound calls to our specialty office.
Your responsibilities will include scheduling, handling cancellations, checking in patients, and providing support to other departments as needed.
