TEKsystems is Hiring a Pbx operator Near Carson, CA
Description : PBX Operator / Night Shift : Fri-Tues 11pm-7 : 30am Graveyard -paid training-
Must possess clear communication skills and be able to learn quickly, the PBX is the first line of exposure for the hospital and providing proper messaging is vital to the urgency of a healthcare provider.
Experience the following areas :
- 6 months experience answering phones, ideal but not required experience as an operator for a hospital or call center or customer service representative, administrative, computer skills
- MS Office Suite
- Windows 7
- Strong computer skills, Customer Service experience
- Bilingual English / Spanish
- Must be able to sit for 67%-100% of the time
- Must be able to occasionally lift overhead or carry up to 24lbs
- Must possess the following visual requirements :
o Close eye work (small figures) o Normal color discrimination o Computers and books
- Must be able to work in environments that are between 16 and 95 degrees
- Must possess the following Manual Dexterity / Strength
o Gross motor, light-moderate strength
