The day-to-day duties in this role include answering service department phones, booking service appointments, and contacting customers by phone and email regarding their satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service department calls.
• Scheduling service appointments.
• Contact customers by phone and email regarding their satisfaction with recent service visit.
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Assist the parts department in making special order parts phone calls and converting them into service appointments.
• Filing and maintaining service customer records.
• Contacting extended warranty companies for prompt payment.
