As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Operations Associate.

Key Accountabilities :

• Manage the end-to-end process of generating and distributing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely billing.
• Resolve any discrepancies in billing to maintain smooth cash flow and accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with accounting & inventory departments to reconcile inventory and receiving accounts on the General Ledger monthly.
• Maintain meticulous records in ERP system to facilitate accurate account balances, AP&AR transactions.
• Handle coding of invoices, maintaining accurate coding of various vendors and accounts.
• Receive purchased items into inventory, maintaining accurate inventory records to support financial reporting and decision-making and minimize cost.
• Create and process purchase orders, packing slips, and bill of materials.
• Create project numbers and maintain internal spreadsheets for streamlined tracking of projects and associated financial transactions.
• Facilitate communication with customers to coordinate machine billing and delivery.
• Schedule and coordinate freight pick-ups to optimize transportation logistics and minimize costs.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Accounting, Finance, etc.)
• Microsoft Office Suite experience. Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with a driven mindset. Seeking a team player that carries the willingness to learn & problem solve.

Details :

• Pay : $22 - $24 / hr. based on related experience & education.
• Pay cycle weekly medical, dental & vision benefits offered.
• Schedule : Monday Friday 8 : 00am 5 : 00pm (40 hours per week)
