Description :
- Schedule, cancel, confirm or reschedule appointments according to the scheduling guidelines
- Transfer calls and take / send messages according to protocol
- Take part in collaborative working relationships in the organization
- Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
- Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
- Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications :
- Call Center Experience
- Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred.
- Word processing / computer scheduling experience.
- Knowledge of typical office work environment.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
