Job Description:

• Will be utilizing EPIC software to schedule patients
• Greet patients and customers as they enter the practice
• Answer phones
• Will be sitting at the front desk
• Will be getting pre-authorizations for insurance for patients before them come in for surgeries, appointments, check ups
• Will be calling Dr offices/hospitals for pre-op results
• Will be verifying insurance on a daily basis
• Must be very knowledgeable in insurance companies and the process
