Fully On-Site in York, PA

• Consults with prospective clients to discuss and understand insurance needs.
• Explain insurance products available, coverage types and benefits of each plan.
• Collect information from clients, automotive, home, etc.
• Maintain communication with clients to identify changing needs in services and account information.
• 95% of business is handled over the phone. Will occassionally meet with walk-in clients to discuss services offered

Hours : Monday- Friday 9-5; no weekends or federal holidays required

Additional Skills & Qualifications :

• Licensed insurance agents preferred, but will consider unlicensed reps who are willing to get a P&C license within 90 days - company will pay for licensure
• Minimum of High School Diploma / GED required
• 1 years of customer service or administrative experience required
• Rate of pay is based on experience and license status - if unlicensed, pay will increase once a license is obtained
