Objective : To provide operational support to Mortgage Closers in order to expedite the funding process.

Description :

• Assist in the closing of mortgage loans, completing the funding process for closing transactions and ensuring loans are reviewed to minimize the risk of post-settlement errors.
• Responsible for accurately disbursing funds in accordance to lender closing instructions and signed closing statement.
• Ensure accuracy of documents and balancing funds, requesting corrections or required documents as needed.
• Provide detailed review of closing related documentation for compliance prior to approving the release of funds and submitting to Post Closing.
• Conduct proactive and effective pipeline management in accordance with performance standard expectations.

Skills / Qualifications :

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent - required
• Administrative, Clerical, Data Entry, Accuracy - required
• Mortgage, Finance, Accounting - preferred
• Ideal candidates will be able to multitask in a fast paced setting with high professionalism

Work Environment :

• Monday - Friday scheduleshift availability between 9 : 30am - 6 : 00pm & 11 : 30am - 8 : 00pm
