MUST HAVES:

• 1 year of customer service experience

Description:

• Answer all incoming alarm signals through software system according to procedure of urgency
• Make high volume outbound calls to premise to the proper contacts and notify law enforcement if necessary
• Log information in internal system and ensure alarm systems are reset properly
• Prioritize urgency level of incoming alarms and automated notifications

Pay:

$18.50/hr

Shift:

Nice corporate office, cubicle setting, casual work environment. This is a fully in-office position, no flexibly to work from home.

Training: 3 weeks Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

This is a 24 hour call center because of the industry they're in. There is 3 shifts - the candidate must be available during the start time range. They will be working either Saturday or Sunday, but if they need one weekend day off (ex: Sunday for personal reasons) they are able to accommodate. Holidays are required but they will get double time. They will receive a set schedule upon training graduation.

2nd shift: start time 12 p.m. - 4 p.m. start time range (5 spots)

3rd shift: 7 p.m. - 11 p.m. start time range (5 spots)
