FULL TIME MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM-5PM

FLORENCE, KY (IN OFFICE, NOT REMOTE)

$17/HR

Qualifications:

• 2 years of data entry experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Type 35WPM
• Microsoft Office proficient

Responsibilities: (Full Training Provided)

1. Use internal program Unified Freight System (UFS) and Unified Freight System Plus (UFS ), Partner and Parent ID's, Standard Milestone Entry (requirements for the purpose of data management and customer reporting requirements). Daily
2. Use Customer Service System (CSS), Unified Freight System (UFS) and the system to establish if the company has conducted business in the past. Weekly.
3. Use internal SharePoint system to upload Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). If Needed.
4. Communicate with customers, vendors, global operations team, and sales staff to effectively ensure that all customer requirements are being met. Daily.
5. Manages the logistics of small to medium projects, follows through to completion, and updates all parties as needed.
6. Prioritizes and optimizes the workload to streamline the production flow.
7. Frequently multi-tasks while maintaining extreme attention to detail and high-quality control.
