Looking for :

• 2 years of recent office experience or retail with email experience
• Strong written and email communication
• Proficient with computers and MS office suite, including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Achieved a HS Diploma or GED

This is NOT a high call volume position, this is a HEAVY email and customer service position!

Hours : Monday through Firday 9AM-6PM

Job Duties :

• Assist with ordering vehicles, assist with anything customer service related
• Answer a high volume of customer EMAILS - Must be able to think outside of the box and problem solve
• Must be comfortable making a few outbound calls and follow up with customers on inquiries and insure all data is accurately notated into the system
• Utilize internal issue tracking system to follow through on customer issues
• Utilizing systems to create vehicle selectors, process billing changes, generate reports, insurance card distribution and driver data changes.
• Contacting drivers by e-mail to gather missing information
• Utilize the v-lookup function within Excel to efficiently sort through data
