We are actively looking for Cantonese/ English speaking Call Center Representatives to join our team. This is a fully REMOTE role- however, you must live in the State of New York to be eligible for hire.

You'll be responsible for partnering with Medicaid enrollees, transportation providers, medical providers and/or facility to provide great customer service while understanding, adhering to, and enforcing NYSDOH Policies and Procedures.

Qualifications:

• 1 Call center / retail / customer service / administration from healthcare
• Fluent in Cantonese/English
  • Must be able to have a medical conversation in Cantonese (Bilingual English/Cantonese – need to be able to interview in English)
• Must have a quiet and private work space, no distractions, with reliable internet
• Type 30WPM
• No time off in the first 120 days
