TEKsystems is Hiring a Call center agent Near Pflugerville, TX
Description :
- Receives phone calls, fax requests and emails and processes requests for medical records including films and digital images from patients and referring physicians.
- Receives, delivers and sends mail including correspondence with patients.
- Contacts patients and facilities to obtain comparison images..
- Produces quality images through various systems and gathers / assembles images for distribution.
- Schedules outside exams to upload images into ARA Synapse..
- Creates addendums and over read requests from patients and physicians offices.
