Description:

Provide technical support to customers and field reps for company's products/services

Establish issues via basic troubleshooting - assist with repairs if common problems, but if not escalate to appropriate internal departments

Enter customer information and call inquiries in internal data base

Report consistent product issues to product managers and engineers

Provide high level of customer service to all internal and external customers

Attend product trainings to maintain high knowledge and aptitude of products

Work with a sense of urgency to resolve problems for customers
