TEKsystems is Hiring a Remote Account Executive (Remote)

TEK systems is hiring 100% Remote Sales Consultants to work with a reputable accounting software company!

2 years of sales experience required

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm ET OR 10:00am - 6:30pm ET

Start date: 3/11/2024 - no time off in first 5 weeks

Description:

  • Come join the Small Business Group as an Inside Sales Consultant.
  • Inside sales supports our customers by providing a consultative sales experience around how to start, protect, manage and grow their small business.
  • You’ll spend the majority of your time engaging with small businesses discussion their aspirations, uncovering needs and discovering problems you can help them solve with our offerings including Supplies, Financial Management, Payroll and Payments solutions.
  • Expected to understand how Small Businesses work, know the ecosystem of products, and tailor solutions to specific customer needs uncovered in the sales conversation.
  • Responsible for acquiring new users and growing our existing customers’ usage of the ecosystem of product
  • They are expected to make 40 Calls a day, receiving warm leads from the chat team.
  • Will be responsible for carrying a quote, calls per day, selling a product mix.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

3 years of sales experience (call center environment preferred)

Experience in selling a service – cable, phone, electric, etc.

Computer/software competency

Top 3 skills:

(1) Good conversationalist with customers

(2) Sales experience

(3) Comfortability working with computers and learning new systems
