Description:

The SPACE team (Selling Partner Actionable Communication and Experience) owns an internal tool enabling internal employees to design, build and launch multi-channel communication experiences with our client's Selling Partners. Our client's internal teams world-wide use our product to communicate critical information to Selling Partners via email, text, mobile push and more. This person will be supporting the SPACE team's effort to revamp their email templates that are critical to productive communication between internal employees and the Sellers on our customer's eCommerce platform. The goal of this initiative is to reduce defects and expand the reach of their email communication. They want their email templates to offer more clear and user friendly communication and direction. They may also be looking to improve accessibility compliance.
