Rate: 48/hour

- This team is the GenAI feature team
- This person will help accelerate experiences and new features for our GenAI tool. They will be helping with basic low fi designs, usability research, and revisiting existing components and designs.
- They will be working with 4 full time senior designers and will be working across multiple products.
Duties:
- Designs and evaluates visual human interfaces utilizing user-centered design principles.
- Works with the product development team to design online user experiences.
- Scopes and executes accurate design research to increase confidence in the direction of a user experience.
- Accurately identifies the right research methodologies to answer research questions.
- Experience conducting research through competitive analysis, rapid prototyping, usability testing, and moderated/unmoderated customer research
- An ability to autonomously explore ambiguous research questions to establish clarity and structure
- A proven track record and a passion for designing compelling user experiences; bonus if you have experience empowering small business owners
