Position Summary
Technical Business Analyst role provides the core analytical service to business, operation, development, and testing community throughout the AGILE process. The Technical Business Analyst addresses the following:
Acts as a liaison between business units and the Agile teams and supports the software development of the business functions and
technical enablers (analytic and data services) for value streams and products.
Translate requirements into user stories to provide a clearer, more detailed, and more complete understanding of project deliverables
Works with the Development team to document the processes involved in the software development life cycle includes documenting
the requirements, design, testing and deployment phases.
Works with the Product Owners to define requirements/stories; reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business user needs to
ensure that the product is compliant with all Bank standards and policies.
Analyzes, interprets, defines, and documents detailed requirements and acceptance criteria in features and user stories by
collaborating with the business and technology teams, and third party/other interfaces or partners.
Supports the prioritization, software development and delivery of user stories within the sprints for each program
increment and validates the user stories against acceptance criteria.
Required Skills
Experienced in JIRA, Confluence
Knowledge of Agile Kanban and Scrum Team concept
Participate in Daily standup and retrospectives
Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog
Refinement and PI Planning sessions
Ability to demo work completed to PO for signoff
Hands on experience as a technical business/systems analyst with proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced
environment.
Analytical Thinking
W2 only, will need to be uptown CLT 3 days a week
Need to be local to CLT
