Description:
This person will be the Lead/POC for 2 to 5 desktop support technicians
Experienced deskside support technician with 3 years minimum experience supporting Remote clients.
Provide support on various laptop, desktop and tablet running Win 10
Need a person that is responsible for all of their time and actions working in a team environment.
Detailed oriented person that can accurately update various databases as well as Service Now.
Excellent customer skillsets required.
Assist the build bench and asset team on site as needed or on a schedule.
Physically on-site position at the office in downtown Minneapolis.
Remote takeover experience with tools like Bomgar.
