Job Description: Tools engineers are needed to further enhance the current level of monitoring and operational procedures. Resources would be responsible for making sure monitoring tools are installed and configured with correct thresholds/alerts and dashboards. Not having the resources would mean that we would not hit the enterprise goals of improving Mean Time To Repair incident (MTTR) and we would not be able to effectively predict defects from going live into production. Looking for an experienced Monitoring Tools Engineer to join the CD APS Monitoring team. Technical expert for specific core monitoring tools and work directly with our application production support and application development partners to ensure the proper installation, setting of thresholds and dashboard configuration. You'll be working with industry-leading products, you will experience how you can be a game-changer, enabling applications to have less downtime than ever before.
