Job Description:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience installing and/or programming commercial access control, IP-based video systems, and intrusion alarm systems.
• Possess a good understanding of IP CCTV systems and access control systems to ensure proper coordination of the overall security system.
• Be proficient in installing, terminating, configuring, and testing enterprise security systems with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate expertise in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware components such as:
  • Mag Locks
  • Electronic Door Strikes
  • Card Readers and Keypads
  • Electric Crash Bars
• Have strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and resolve problems to customer satisfaction.
• Possess knowledge and practical experience with the internet and networking, essential for IP-based security systems.
• Be process-oriented and have a "can-do" attitude to provide the best service.
• Must be able to read blueprints and follow proper cable installation practices.
• Possess effective troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Hold a valid driver's license and have a clean motor vehicle record.
• Must be able to pass all history checks, motor vehicle record checks, and drug screenings.
• Certifications in access control systems (e.g., Pro-Watch, Genetec, Software House, Lenel/S2, OpenPath) and video systems (e.g., Axis, Exacq, Milestone, Genetec, Avigilon, Hanwha) are a plus.
