Description:
Retail Company is seeking an experienced scrum master who has worked on enterprise-level projects within retail. You will be involved in our ongoing transformation from a traditional brick & mortar retailer, to an omni-channel leader and tech-first fashion disruptor.
Responsibilities:
Work in tandem with the Product Owners and Business Analysts to shape the product backlog for upcoming sprints, develop release plans and organize backlog items into priority groups.
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-up meetings, reviews/demos, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
Ensure that the appropriate Agile metrics and artifacts are produced and communicated to enable the team and PO to make informed decisions.
Work with teams to ensure that new products, features or services are delivered to the appropriate levels of quality within the agreed sprint cycles
Guide the team and broader organization on how to use Agile principles and value and act as a leader to the scrum team.

- Bilingual is preferred but English only would be acceptable as the whole team is bilingual. (Communication internally is in English so 10/10 in English)
- Really need someone who can start within 3 weeks from now, manager is planning on hiring the right resources within two weeks. Start date, two weeks after that.
