Job Requirements

PM with proven experience in managing and rescuing projects already in execution that is off-track and can pull from that experience to take measures to course correct. Performing project deliverable and readiness gap analysis and proposed solutions will be necessary. Has experience managing vendors/partners on a project. Has experience as an Agile PM and Scrum Master familiar with Azure DevOps.

Job Responsibilities

Ensure PMO processes / playbook and ways of working established by the project are followed during the project lifecycle
Promptly escalate issues and critical risks to project leadership
Ability to communicate and coordinate key dependencies and decisions with other project managers under the program and ensure these items are visible to project leadership
Ability to generate and communicate project updates internally and externally as required
Monitor/Manage project financials and report to project leadership accordingly
The goal of this projects is to make sure this system is developed and implemented correctly. There is already an old system in place that allows this group to perform their daily operations.
They wants this PM to come in and evaluate the project as a whole including the deliverables, what is being tested, and try to find where they see gaps or what might be missing and make recommendations on how to improve.
