Description:
Duration- 18-24 months W2 contract
Location: Charlotte preferred or, Irving TX, Phoenix AZ.
Designer's job function:
They currently have a Sr. Designer or Mid Level Designer on the team. A Product Manager will define the high level requirements, but the designer needs to understand how their design is solving the problem. Need a designer that does wireframes and workflows ideally for internal employees systems.
Function is more important that pretty designs.
- They have done a year of research
- They have high def designs
- First version of underwriting system has been built
- Will be involved in strategic side of design
- Can jump into the details
- Need someone that can redesign and tie it to customer problem.
- Human design thinking exp.
- Someone that knows how to really listen to the customer

• We are redesigning their auto lending underwriting and funding platform.
• The users of the new system will be employees and underwriters.
• This teams needs a UX Designer that can potentially help on both the underwriting and funding side

Qualifications

• Lead the day to day design process, producing world class designs for top brands and companies.
• Own the production of UX and UI design for your projects.
• Architect user experiences that deeply resonate with users, and allow them to get their jobs done.
• Gain a deep understanding of our client's business metrics and performance indicators.
• Produce user flow, app diagrams, and experience maps to effectively communicate a user's path through an experience.
• Create low and high fidelity wireframes to maximize the rate at which you learn from users.
• Create high fidelity, consumer-grade UI.
• Architect and build lifelike, fully interactive prototypes using modern prototyping tools.
• Frequently present your concepts and designs to team members, team leaders, and clients.
• Experience dealing with front end UX implementations (CSS & HTML)
• Clear understanding around Framework and how they can support UI overall
• Pair code interfaces with Development team to guarantee UX quality deliverable
• Experience with Front end Frameworks creating or translating design ready assets
• Knowledge working with (Swift / storyboard) for app development
