Description:
We have a job opening for the position of PC Technician. The PC Technician will be responsible for configuring hardware and software on a large number of computers, printers, and other products. The job duties will include unboxing units, configuring them, and reboxing them for shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configuring customer systems as per their specifications.
- Testing systems to ensure 100% quality.
- Meeting monthly productivity goals.
- Troubleshooting computer system problems, including hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
- Providing superior customer service.
- Communicating any issues related to customer orders to the Help Desk or Team Leader.
- Adhering to safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
