Description:
The role of the Network Manager for Infrastructure & Telephony, is to lead the team of network and voice engineers who manage and maintain the organization's TCP/IP network infrastructure, wide-area networks (WAN e.g. MPLS), Local Area Network (LAN), and Voice Over IP (VOIP) connectivity.
This role also manages the bank's voice platform and call centers.
This individual collaborates closely with their peer IT team managers in Infrastructure and Information Security.
An efficient IT manager will apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to facilitate productivity of their team members with each other, as well as collaborating with other teams.
The desired results provided by a good IT manager include achieving individual and team goals, which support stability, growth and profitability for the company. In-depth dialogues, conversations and explanations with customers, direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature.
Communications may involve motivating, influencing, educating and/or advising others on matters of significance.
Additional Skills

• Experience in enterprise network operations technologies such as routers, switches, routing protocols, and VLANs. (Hands on Technical)
• Supporting an Avaya VoIP environment.
• Experience in a large heavily regulated enterprise environment, and should have familiarity with GLBA, FFIEC and NIST guidelines.
• Managing network and voice technology teams in a large regulated enterprise setting.
• Project management experience and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures.
• Experience with Avaya, Juniper, Citrix and Palo Alto, Aruba, and/or Cisco technologies strongly preferred.
• Leadership

Preferred Certifications
JNCP, CCNP or similar industry certification.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
