Description: The Mortgage Business Support Analyst assists in managing a broad variety of departmental operations and administrative activities including staff management, departmental events, special projects, strategic planning process and initiatives, and conducting data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency analysis and reporting. As the Business Analyst, you will provide broad administrative support to the division head and direct reports for Strategic Planning initiatives. The Business Support Analyst will: Create produce and report on applicable metrics and key performance indicators Create and produce regular compliance reports that serve to hold the division accountable for meeting defined targets Source, coordinate and manage all off-site and special events Serve as a point person to interact with internal and external clients to facilitate various complex projects and presentations Provide overall administrative support for Executive leaders including, meeting management, expense reports, travel, mail, space planning and coordinating moves, etc. Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values ADMINISTRATION TASKS: Post the Control Reports - Excel Work Control Reports - we have several that don't require mortgage experience, but knowledge is VERY helpful Create PIVOTs for reporting, statistics etc Retrieve RIMS (Internal Reporting System) data - RIMS access Development / Training Prep: Roster Prep - Google Sheets Emails - Google Folders - M drive Invites - Google Calendar Send TPO (Third Party Originator) daily mail - Google Set up LRC (Loan Review Conversation) and facilitate - Google Sheets Issue/manage PQs (Penny Quality - quality reports)- as determined by The Development Team. P & P (Policy & Procedure) updates - as determined and provided by The Development Team Quality meeting Recording - Zoom Emails - Google Calendar Attendance - Google Forms Knowledge Check Results - Google Forms/Excel Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field required 3 years of relevant work experience within mortgage Must be highly proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint Administrative experience preferred SKILL SETS: Mortgage knowledge- loan processor background, if possible. Encompass Google Office Suite Google Sheets Google Forms Google Calendar Microsoft Office, specifically Excel Adobe Pro Technologically literate Specifically, PIVOTS Resume to support being a doer, a free thinker, multitasker, not just 1 job within the same role.
