Job Description:
Immediate Skills:

• Administer all aspects of ManageEngine implementation. This includes but is not limited to ManageEngine Applications Manager.
• Manage day to day support of all aspects of ManageEngine. Configure alerts for servers and applications. Create and maintain documentation.
• Participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation and improvement.
• ServiceNow ticket integration

Top Skills:
Within ManageEngine:
add end points (servers, databases, etc) to the system.
configure the end point to alert
Upgrade and patch the application
Manage users, access, authentication methods, passwords
Additional Skills:

• Paessler PRTG Administrator
• Experience creating and implementing new Monitoring solutions, including the migration of existing implementations to the new solution.
• Experience with Linux and Windows System Administration.
• Network experience, understanding WAN/LAN technologies.
• Experience with enterprise cloud operations.
• Experience with nAble products is a plus.
