Description:

Direct Line is looking for data center technicians to install cable and fiber AWS, data centers located in Johnstown, OH *** Job is a data center installing cabinets, cable tray, ladder rack, fiber runner, containment and trunks. Need people with some proof of experience in these areas for the installer levels. Installation/decommissioning of network and cabling infrastructure in a Data Center environment. Deliver sustainable and repeatable solutions and processes, always with an eye on improvement. Provide structured feedback on project progress to Stakeholders. Exhibit quality workmanship on all work and maintain Data Center cleanliness. Follow all production, safety and quality standards, codes, and industry best practices. Collaborate with various Stakeholders to remove project obstacles. Reading and comprehending blueprints and building documentation/redline work. Broad understanding of Data Center infrastructure technologies.

Need to have a strong work ethic. Willing to look at folks with no cabling experience who want to get into the trade as they are willing to train and teach them. If they do not have cabling experience must be familiar with data center procedures. (ie worked in data center - physical security, de com, logistics, etc) Ideally they would have some cabling experience. They need people who know this is tough work and want people who are eager and interested in learning the trade.
