Description:
Our customer needs a technician to support one of there locations in Belcamp. There are approximately 150 end-users at this location consisting of production, shipping, and lab technicians. Tickets come in via email and or a call and can range from password resets, email connectivity, printer issues, Window OS connectivity issues, each day is different with issues. You can expect 10-20 tickets per day. If you need help there will be 2 others at this location, one is the IT Manager the other is a programmer.
