o Extensive experience configuring and troubleshooting end-user clients (Outlook and MS Teams) on multiple platforms (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android)
o 3 years of professional experience with:
Microsoft Exchange Online including migrations
Microsoft Teams including 3rd party integrations
Microsoft Exchange on-premises
Email Protection with an understanding of DKIM, SPF, and DMARC
o 2 years of experience with:
PowerShell Scripting
o Other:
Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience - able to solve complex technical problems through sound and methodical troubleshooting.
Experience with Jira, Miro, and/or Confluence
