Description:
1. Configuring DataPower services such as XML Firewall, Multi-Protocol Gateway, Web Application Firewall, etc.
2. Developing and deploying policies for message transformation, routing, and security.
3. Monitoring and troubleshooting DataPower configurations and services for performance and security issues.
4. Collaborating with other teams to design and implement integration solutions using DataPower.
5. Applying best practices for securing and optimizing DataPower configurations.
6. Keeping abreast of updates and new features in DataPower technology to enhance system capabilities.
7. Strong implementation knowledge on security (OAuth 2.0 / WS-Security / Authentication and Authorization / JWTs) etc.
8. Strong implementation knowledge on DataPower Gateway scripts / XSL Transformations etc.
9. Good amount of knowledge on Protocols / Orchestration / Mediation / Encryption / Description etc.
10. Good knowledge on TLS Certs / Renewal / Coordination with teams to seamlessly upgrade in lower/production environments.
11. Deep dive into error handling along with more detailed troubleshooting knowledge of APIs.
12. Debugging skills should be very high in identifying the root causes and documenting production RCAs
13. Ability to work with many application teams and educate/guide the secure integration design patterns.
14. Should have good knowledge on DataPower Administration, Appliances Initialization, Setup and Networking.
15. Good knowledge on CI/CD Dev Ops automations using (Team City / Octopus / GIT Actions / Terraform / Python / SOMA, REST interfaces management).
16. Must have a positive attitude, quality team building skills, quick learner, good interpersonal skills and soft skills.
17. Excellent written and verbal and visual communications skills.
18. Should have good documentation skills to draft the strategies/migration plans etc using Confluence.
