Overview:
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Base Building Superintendent at Miller Brothers, Inc. The Base Building Superintendent will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight and management of all on-site building maintenance, inspection, and repair activities.
Qualifications
- 5 years base building experience
- Supervisory Skills, Inspection, and Building Maintenance skills
- Plumbing and Carpentry skills
- Experience in commercial building maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Procore software is a plus
- Certification in relevant fields is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
