A successful Project Manager/Estimator will have a bachelor’s degree in construction and/or civil engineering disciplines or a successful background in our industry with years of experience as estimator and/or apprenticeship. 1-3 years of experience with highway construction and bridge repair & project management leadership with Department of Transportation (DOT) and a proficiency with computers with a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications. Concrete technician or any other certifications relevant to DOT work will be a plus.
